1. Service overview

Mendly is a SaaS platform providing a team of 8 AI specialists (CEO, CTO, CMO, CPO, CDO, CFO, Lead Dev, CCO) to assist solo founders in launching and scaling their projects.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using this site or creating an account, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

3. Account creation & plans

Creating an account is free. The Free plan includes 1 project, 3 agents, and 10 messages/day. Paid plans — Starter ($21/month) and Pro ($54/month) — unlock the full platform. Annual billing offers a 20% discount. Payment is handled by Stripe and charged automatically at the start of each billing period.

4. Cancellation & commitment

Subscriptions are monthly or annual with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time via the Customer Portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A 14-day refund guarantee applies from the first payment — see our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

When using Mendly, you agree to: not use it for illegal purposes, not attempt to circumvent technical limitations, not generate harmful, hateful, illegal, or misleading content, respect the intellectual property of others.

6. Intellectual property

Your ideas are yours. Any content you provide to Mendly remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide you with the service. The Mendly code, design, brand, and service elements are our property.

7. Privacy

We never train on your data. We don't share your data with third parties. See our privacy policy for full details.

8. Limitation of liability

Mendly is provided "as is". Advice generated by AI agents is decision support, not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). You remain responsible for your strategic and operational decisions. Mendly guarantees no specific business outcomes.

9. Availability

Mendly operates on a best-effort basis. No specific uptime guarantee is made. Planned or unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

10. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of serious violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your settings.

11. Governing law & contact
