Refund Policy

1. 14-day satisfaction guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of your first payment to request a full refund, in accordance with European consumer law (right of withdrawal). No justification required.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to mendlyai01@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund request". Please include the email address linked to your account. We will process your refund within 7 business days.

3. Processing time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Exclusions

The 14-day guarantee applies from the first payment only. Subsequent monthly or annual renewals are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law. Refunds are not issued in cases of account suspension for violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal (accessible from your account settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
