What exactly is Mendly?
A board of directors for a solo founder. You bring it a decision, it challenges you angle by angle — finance, growth, engineering, product — then it makes a call. It is not a team of several assistants: it is one entity carrying all those angles, which exposes its own contradictions rather than smoothing them over.
How is it different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is built to help you, so it agrees with you. Mendly is built to tell you when you are wrong. It knows your project, remembers your past decisions and brings them back by name. And it keeps working when you are away.
What is an autonomous session?
The team assigned to your project meets without you triggering anything, debates a topic drawn from the real state of your project, and leaves the write-up in the meeting room. It only meets when something new has actually happened — no session just to fill the calendar.
Are my conversations used to train a model?
No. Your data is neither sold, rented, nor used to train any model. It is processed by Google Gemini for as long as it takes to generate a reply, then stored in our database so that Mendly remembers your project.
Does the free plan expire?
No. It stays free, with no time limit. It gives you one project, one meeting-room debate, one autonomous session every fourteen days, and full project memory.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your settings, with no justification and no fee. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
What happens if I delete my account?
Your projects, conversations, memory and actions are deleted. This is irreversible, and we keep no copy beyond thirty days of technical backups. Deletion happens from your settings, without going through us.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Write to mendlyai01@gmail.com: we will send you all of your data in a readable format within thirty days, as required by the GDPR. A downloadable export from your settings is in the works.
